Coach Kevin Leighton

"Manhattan College head baseball coach Kevin Leighton has been named the 2006 Northeast Regional Coach of the Year by the American Baseball Coaches Association, it was announced recently by the ABCA. Leighton, who just completed his first season at the helm of the Jaspers, receives this honor after leading Manhattan to the program's first MAAC Championship and second NCAA Regional appearance."

BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TRAINING AT HOOPERSTOWN

Hooperstown offers over 5,000 square feet of baseball and softball training areas including two batting cages and a baseball/softball instructional area that is generally available to groups and for individual training sessions. Hooperstown caters to baseball players and teams and offers group hitting and instructional sessions through offerings by Kevin Leighton the Head Baseball Coach at Manhattan College.

Hooperstown is the only baseball/softball instructional facility to offer first-class physical training equipment allowing serious players to better their skills while becoming physically fit.
